AN ADDED INCENTIVE
After a combined lifelong experience of over 40 years, in the real estate business I am now offering an added incentive. If you know of anyone wanting to sell or buy a home, a business or a commercial property and they use my service, I will donate to any qualified charity (501 C3) of their choice up to 10% of my net commission. I feel this is a win, win, win situation. I am always looking forward to better serve out clients, our community and our business.
If you treat people right they will reward you with repeat business and by referring additional customers. Being successful in business isn’t a matter of taking advantage of people. On the contrary, it’s a matter of giving them so much value, care and attention they would feel guilty even thinking about doing business with somebody else.
